all the products appear discounted

  • Hello, I connected the products from WooCommerce to Facebook using the CTG Feed, but in the Facebook catalog, all the products appear discounted, which shouldn’t be the case. What solutions do I have?

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    The issue you are reporting couldn’t be generated with our plugin unless the feed is created wrong or you may have discount rules added to your FB account.

    However, to check if the feed has anything wrong, we need the feed link and a few reference item ID that has discounted price on FB.

    So, please, reach us again with the feed link and a few product id so we can check if there is anything wrong with the feed.
