    Hi there!
    Today during the editing the course all the tabs such as the Curriculum tab, FAQ and Reviews/ Announcements are completely gone. Now I have one the description of the course.

    Could you please help me with this issue? Why did it happen and what do I need to do to prevent it in the future? Can I restore the the Curriculum tab and the whole program that I’ve outlined?

    The lessons seems to be ok, just the tabs are gone. I checked the settings, the tabs seems to be on. All the other courses have the tabs, except for the one I am working on.

    If i run the site backup. will I be able to restore the work, the Curriculum?

    It’s happened to me already twice since I started working on the course and if the work is gone, it’s going to be very disappointing.

    Thanks for reaching us here!
    With the most probability, it is occurring because of caching plugins. Because the conflict might occur with some third-party (caching/minifying/optimizing) plugins. So, please make sure that you deactivated other plugins except for the MasterStudy LMS plugin and used our plugin purely. After that, activate the side plugins one by one, to find which one exactly is affecting. In our testing environment, this issue did not occur yet.
    Doing site backup will help you to restore all data related to the course i.e. course curriculum also. But you need to add LMS courses to the backup to restore the entire course data. If you are using the backup plugin, you need to add the MasterStudy LMS plugin to the backup plugin settings.

    Thank you for replying on such a short notice!
    Regarding your suggestion to deactivate all the plugins to test which one causes the problem…

    I’ve worked on the course for 3 weeks without any disruption, so the problem didn’t occur immmediately. If I deactivate all the plugins and then turn them on one by one, I wouldn’t be able to detect it right away which plugin causes the problem. It might take me weeks to test each individual plugin to see if it causes the problem. Obvisuoly, I can’t afford to turn off all other plugins for weeks, as they support the funcitonality of my site.

    Any suggestions how to test it more efficiently?

    And why did it affect only the course I was working on, but not all other courses?
    The rest of the courses still have the Curriculum tab, FAQ and Reviews/ Announcements tabs.

    Do you think it mostly likely the optimizing plugin? And if so, do I need to delete this particular plugin and upload another one? Or not to use such type of plugins completely? I upload quite a lot of pictures for the course, so I need the optimising plugin. Currently , I am using Smash.

    Another thing is I am using your plugin on Academy theme, which is also an LMS theme. Could this be the problem? Although all the rest settings of your plugin work fine.
