All theme customisation options not working

Hi,
I have just installed fresh WP and installed Ascend theme, I am using it on several other websites and all is working perfectly fine.
On this website however all customization options are not working.
Through appearance menu all sliders etc. are just grey and cannot even change anything.
Only via theme options I can change anything.
