All themes disappeared after update to 2.7

Can’t edit newsletter because no themes after update. Looked in files on host site and no themes files. Deleted plugin and completely reinstalled from scratch. Still same problem. This is not a plugin conflict. There are no theme files and no editor tab thing where it should be. I see others have complained about the same thing.
