    Hi,

We recently moved our site to a new server with a new theme. Things were going smoothly with Jetpack until now. I usually use the “Statistics > Summaries > All Time” to get view counts for our blog posts. However, instead of showing all the blog posts, the top posts list is now instead showing a large number of items that have a four digit number (in the format #XXXX) with “(not found)” next to them. Each of these items has a sub-item that appears to be a media file with a page built around it (here’s an example: https://sinaiandsynapses.org/ss-group-5-crop/). These items are totally crowding out the legitimate blog posts, and I am now unable to get view counts for them; they no longer appear on the top views list.

I realize this probably has something to do with the way our new theme indexed the site. Is there any way to access the actual, complete list of all-time post views? It seems like the page “Top Posts for all days ending 2022-02-07 (Summarized)” does not show everything anymore.

I hope this query made sense. Basically, can I prevent Jetpack from counting these newly-created pages, and find where the statistics for my actual blog posts are hiding?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
