All users missing from backup

    Hi!

    I tried restoring a site backup to a local environment, and I noticed that all the users were missing from the backup.

    Is there any way to retrieve these users?

    Hello @marv2 ,

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    1. Go to the source site > WPvivid backup plugin > Settings > Adavnced settings and switch to another option of ‘Database access method’ > Save changes.

    2. It is highly recommended to restore the backup to WAMP/XAMPP as WPvivid plugin works flowlessly on them.

    After that, create a new backup for the source site and restore it to WAMP/XAMPP environment. Then let us know whether the issue is fixed or not.
