All Users Phone Numbers

This Is my dashboard image
I want to see all user mobile numbers just like email.
I have already changed my login so that no user can register without mobile.
But I cant see their numbers.
Right now to see users mobile I have to click on edit user then only I can see it.As per word press this should be done from plugin
