    Issue with Login Screen in Tutor LMS Plugin

    Hi everyone,

    I’ve been experiencing a major issue with the Tutor LMS plugin, and it’s been incredibly frustrating. Despite trying multiple troubleshooting steps, I can’t seem to resolve the problem with the login screen.

    Here’s the issue:

    • Students can register just fine.
    • When trying to log in, the screen simply refreshes and does not redirect to any page.
    • If the username or password is incorrect, it shows the appropriate error message. However, when the credentials are correct, it just refreshes the login screen with no further action.

    Steps I’ve taken to troubleshoot:

    1. Cleared the cache completely.
    2. Deactivated every single plugin except Tutor LMS.
    3. Switched to default WordPress themes.
    4. Tested on multiple browsers and devices.

    Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue. This problem occurs consistently for all users across all four courses I have set up.

    This is a critical issue that makes it impossible for students to access their courses, and I’m at a loss for what to do next.

    I would greatly appreciate it if someone from the Tutor LMS support team could look into this issue directly. This is causing significant frustration and is making me reconsider using this plugin altogether.

    we would need to thoroughly inspect your website.

    Be 100% honest: are you sending people to your site for requesting admin access? Don’t prevaricate, just a short and honest answer please.
