All variable products out of stock

    Hi

    I uploaded 33 variations of a product via Ezuzy – various scents / sizes
    (11 different scents, 3x sizes of each)

    All variations have price, image and are stock showing in the backend yet are showing as OOS in the front end. Hugely frustrating as I have also updated the database, regenerated the product lookup tables and all of the other “solutions” I can find for this issue, and the problem still persists

    My Status is as below

    Version – 3.7
    Database version – 3.7
    WP Version – 5.2.3
    Theme – Avada 6.0.3
    PHP – 7.0.33

    Any other necessary info please ask, I don’t know what info is needed to troubleshoot. I’ve wasted all afternoon messing about with this so any help would be appreciated.

    Hi there,

    To troubleshoot this further, please do the following:

    • Share a copy of your system status report as found under WooCommerce > System Status
    • Confirm whether you have a caching pluign installed/active
    • Confirm whether tha parent product (not the individual variations) are set to being in-stock
