All variations added as separate products

  • We are having a problem where all the variations are added as separate products.

    I am aware you can remove the variations with the pro version of the plugin but I don’t want to remove them, I just want them listed as variations under the parent product and not their own product. Can you help?

    We are also having an issue with sale items not showing for the sale price, even though the sale price has been added to the file.

    Please advise.

    Please, provide use the below resources which will help us to find the possible issue –
    – System Status
    – Reference feed Link
    – Feed config of your reference feed
    – Product ID that you are expecting to include under a group ID.
