All visitors from November disappeared from stats

  • Dear WordPress,

    I have a question.
    Suddenly, in my stats all the visitors from November dropped around 140 to just 2.

    Does anyone know why and/or how to retrieve those statistics?
    I do not know what version of wordpress I am using, the dashboard only tells me the theme.
    I hope someone can help me.

  • to know your wordpress version,goto dashboard and scroll to the end.you will see a text like this.

    what plugin do you use to check the stats?update the stats plugin

    link your site with google analytic to get the exalt stats.you can search and use a google analytic wordpress plugin
