All website stats and subscribers deleted

Hi all!

So I recently rebranded my book review website — tweaking a bunch of the layout and CSS. While I was doing this, I was operating on a test site which was a clone of the original, operating on a different URL. Once I was happy with the changes, I “migrated” the test site over to the main site using the plug-in.

However, in doing this… Jetpack seems to have become very confused. All of my historic website stats have now been deleted, and it appears we no longer have any of the subscriber base that we’d worked to build up over the last five years. Jetpack now seems to be treating the site as something completely new.

Is there any way to get back all the stats/subscribers that seem to have been deleted? If there is some sort of Jetpack account conflict going on, would it be possible to revert that back to the old account, or would that have been deleted?
