Hi @keshavgupta, thanks for your message.

The possible solution to this will probably be highlighted in the error logs mentioned on that error page. If you can match a timestamp when the site didn’t load to an error there, it would help us understand whether it’s a server configuration issue or indeed an element of Wordfence or another WordPress plugin that’s causing the problem.

If you can paste the precise error(s) here, I can look into it for you.

    Thanks,

    Peter.

Hi @keshavgupta, sorry to hear that.

Your host may be able to access the logs instead so it’s worth reaching out to their support if you haven’t already.

As far as action you can take immediately, I would firstly recommend renaming your /wp-content/plugins/wordfence plugin folder to “wordfence_bak” and attempting to access your site. If that works, I would suggest spending some time disabling all of your other plugins and reverting to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Two and reactivating Wordfence.

If your site fails to load in this way with nothing but WordPress and Wordfence, the log information would certainly be of assistance to see what needs to be changed as sending diagnostics from Wordfence wouldn’t work if your site immediately breaks when it’s activated.

    Thanks,

    Peter.
