I’m afraid that the backup log does not show any explicit errors occurring.
However, it appears that you are using the FTP remote storage method to upload to the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of the same site?
If this is the case, I would recommend disabling the FTP remote storage, as this directory is where backups are stored before being uploaded and if no remote storage is set. Uploading to the directory can cause problems.
Please could you disable the FTP upload and take a fresh backup? Does the issue persist in this case?

From the latest log, it appears that UpdraftPlus is encountering issues processing the plugins backup file in the time available each resumption.
Please could you reduce the ‘Split archives every’ option (in the ‘expert settings’ section of the UpdraftPlus Settings tab) to 40MB?
This will split the backup into smaller, more manageable files.

That will definitely have been the problem. By choosing to upload backups to UD’s private/internal directory, all kinds of bad things can happen. Don’t touch UD’s internal directory!
