Allignment is gone

Hi,
I updated my wordpress site to version 5.5.3 and download the plugin – Enable jQuery Migrate Helper.
The allignment gone off after activating the plugin, but it works fine at the front end. If I didn’t activate the plugin – it works fine at the backend, but website break at the front-end.
