Allocate shipping to a day depending on postcode

    I am hoping that someone can point me in the right direction, be it a plug in or a feature of Woocommerce I haven’t noticed.

    I am looking for a way of automatically allocating an order to a day of the week based on their postcode.

    Currently the system we have in place, a customer will place an order and we will then assign it manually to a custom status for Monday, Tuesday, Wed, etc. based on where our delivery vans are going on that day and depending on which postcode they have in their shipping options.

    I have considered setting up different shipping methods for each postcode, however we would still need to then manually assign a custom status to each order…

    Hopefully this makes some since and someone can help me to work out the best system to use in this instance.

    Are you using a plugin to have custom order statuses? If yes, you may want to reach out to the developer of the plugin and check if there is a way to auto-assign them based on the postcode. Otherwise, this is something that you may want to consider a custom solution. In that case, I’d recommend getting in touch with a web developer or one of the services on our Customizations page: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/
