I’ve created a new page and inserted the [event_form] shortcode.
but page doesn’t display the event submission form in the page …
I’ve activated the ANONYMOUS EVENT SUBMISSION (Beta) option in settings.
    need help .

    regards

  • should be working in the latest version (for guests only).

Still not working in 4.13. Have tried deactivating and reactivating.

Maybe my expectations are wrong: As I understand it, visitors should be able to create a new event, which the admin can them approve.

that’s what it does. it works for most, but it’s beta so future improvements will probably fix that

    Thanks, Marcus

Should registered users be able to create events as well (not through the wp back-end but through the plugin)?

Bump this one up! Very important feature!

Is there a way to have an email sent to the admin or the associated user account when an event suggestion is submitted?

no but already in the todo list

if you can code, you could easily do this by hooking into something like the em_event_save filter

I didn’t make any folder moves. Using <?php em_get_event_form_shortcode(); ?> and things work fine.
Can anyone please tell me what will be the shortcode relevant to this template tag?
(Let me tell in advance, [event_form] not working)
