Allow Asset CleanUp to track plugin usage

@argentum my apologies for this inconvenience! That box should get hidden whatever you choose there and it makes an AJAX call that would instruct it to make it hid. Now, you might have some JavaScript errors there (perhaps from a different plugin) that interfere with the AJAX call (perhaps it’s not even made at all, which is likely the reason) and there’s no effect whenever the buttons from the box are clicked. Can you check your browser’s console? See if there are any red errors there (right-click in Chrome, and then “Inspect”)!

The setting in Plugin Usage Preference for user tracking works. But not the buttons.
