Allow Authors to edit users (Pie Register Fields)

    I wanna know how I can allow “authors” to edit the custom pie register fields of all users (just like and administrator can do it). I already use a plugin that let authors go into “edit user option” but it doens’t let edit custom pie register fields. What I can do? There is some PHP file I can edit to achive it?
