    Hello there!

I have a bunch of variable products, which I want to sell even if they are out of stock. So I configured my variants like that in admin area: https://prnt.sc/nCmituBzVePM

Hovewer, the changes taking affect only when I’m logged in as admin. If I’m trying to buy this products from incognito window, I can’t do that, the button just inactive (basically, product out of stock) https://prnt.sc/OPBTXPK-TRxr

Any suggestions, or thougths, what I’m doing wrong? Any help will be appreciated, thanks!

  • Hi,

I replicated the same configuration on my staging site. I opened an incognito window and the result was I could add the item to cart as a backorder.

It would be great if you please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?Then we can start to check this for you.
