Allow, but notify customer

    HI,

    When we set the option to notify customer if the stock is low, where do we put the message?
    Can the message be sent before they finish the purchase?

    Hello there,
    The message cannot be specified in the options. It is shown on the product page and it reads as “Available on backorder”.

    The notification is that text shown on the product page, not a message sent to the customer.

    The text can be changed with custom code using the filter woocommerce_get_availability_text.
