    Hi,
I’m trying the free version of Webba booking, I wanted to activate the function to send links in the email to approve or cancel an appointment. I looked in the settings > user interface tab and I can’t find the “Allow cancellation or approval by link” option

    best regards

    Hi,

I’ll be happy to assist you.

The option Allow cancellation or approval by link was only in the Webba Booing 4. If you are using Webba 5 cancellation links are allowed by default – no additional option needed. You just need to set the option Notification landing page (at the end of the Email notifications section of the Webba SETTINGS page) – in this option please set the full URL of the page with booking form. In the message template use the following placeholder: #cancel_link.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

    HI, thanks for the directions.

My goal is to make the approval and cancellation links appear in the email that reaches the admins, therefore using #admin_cancel_link and #admin_approve_link, also in this case do I still have to set the value in “Notifications landing page” on the “Email notifications” tab?

    Hi,

Yes, placeholders you mentioned are correct for the notification sent to admin.

Notifications landing page needs to be set for all types of notifications (admin’s and customer’s)
