Allow case not sensitive in search (not exact terms)

    Hello

    Is is possible to allow case not sensitive search? Allowing so we have results even if we put not exact words ?

    For example, search term : MAXI-AIR or MAXI AIR (with or without the – )

    Or, for exemple I need to allow search by filter size. 24 X 24 X 1. But some people will go fast and search : 24x24x1

    Can this be done ? Thank you very much.

    Hello,
    You mean a fuzzy search feature. This feature is only in the Pro plugin version. With fuzzy search even “24/24/1” or “24 24 1” will return relevant results. Contact me by email if you interested in.

    In the free version you can add “24x24x1” as a part of the product description and check the “Search in description” option in the WooCommerce -> AJAX search form -> Scope. If you have a lot of products, this solution may slow down the search.
