Allow combination animations

For example, a common entry animation is to fade and slide at the same time. Thinking about it, I think slide entrances are almost always combined with opacity.
The slide and bounce animations are a bit odd, as it comes in from very far away. It would be nice to specify an offset and combine them with a fade.
