Allow comments in Edit listing – not working

    The comments section is not available for the listings which are created with the uListing plugin.

    The “allow comments” checkbox is not working the way you mentioned.

    This is when I saved the listing without enabling the “allow comments” checkbox

    But after save, it’s automatically enabled now.

    This shows that the checkbox is meaning less there. Because its not even working if I need to hide/show comments for the listing before/after it is published/created.

    Hello @saxina,

    As I replied previously the comments section is not available by default for the listings (Screenshot).

    This option may come from the theme that you installed. Please, install the listing plugin from the WordPress repository and test using the default theme of WordPress (For example: Twenty Twenty-One). If the comments will not be available in fresh installation, you can contact theme support regarding the problem.

    If the uListing plugin was bundled in the theme, the authors may customize it coming from theme features.
