Allow employées édit jobs

Can you send some screencasts or detailed screenshots of what you do step-by-step?
You can see this dropdown menu if click on the “…” on the right side of the job row.

And there is the “Edit” link.

Also please check what value has this option on your installation (wp-admin > JobBoardWP > Settings > Job Submission > Published Job Edits ) https://www.screencast.com/t/IPNHClx8B6

Please set it to the 2nd or 3rd value for the ability to edit jobs from Employer.

1. Yes, the page with the Posting form is visible for all users and guests. But for the job’s posting you need to be logged in or fill the Your Details block because there are required fields. You may hide it using 3rd-party plugins or use both the Ultimate Member plugin and Ultimate Member – JobBoardWP integration plugin. There is possible to fully hide some pages for guests.

2. Please check Web Browser console. I think there is some JS error. I need to know the reason. Maybe the theme coflict locks the scripts.

Please try to find them. I need to know if you have enqueued scripts and if they are running. Also please try to activate WordPress native Twenty Twenty-One theme and investigate theme conflict.

It can be also named “jobboardwp/assets/frontend/js/dropdown.js” if SCRIPT_DEBUG is enabled.

I guess the reason for the issue is located inside a theme. You could enable WP_DEBUG and check if there aren’t any PHP errors. Maybe they break the running enqueue and skip the jb-dropdown script. https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/#wp_debug

Also, you may ask the theme’s author about the enqueue script issue.

Please let me know if there are some PHP issues related in the debug.log file
