Allow group of users to access only certain pages?

I’m testing this plugin to try and get the following process working, but am having some trouble understanding if it will work for me:
There are a lot of Pages on our site. Most will be editable by only Admin users. However, there are one or two Pages we want to have certain non-Admin users to be able to edit as well. We want to restrict the group’s access to all other Pages. And it will be a group of users that will need this capability.
Is this possible with User Access Mgr? If so, does the user and/or group need to have an Editor role? How do I restrict group access for most pages?
