Allow https:// https:// in url admin option

I’m using BBQ on every wordpress but I have one tool that need a GET query with an http link like “mywebsite.com?q=https://www.google.com”

Problem is I get a 403 error and white page. So I have to remove each time you make an update these 3 filters from your plugin:

'\/https\:', '\/http\:', '\:\/\/',

Could you add an admin option to skip these 3 filters, disabled by default ?

That would be awesome ??
