Under “Settings” > “Profiles,” you’ll find an option to enable the feature that allows students to be added to their own courses. You can find a screenshot illustrating this option here.
Once enabled, instructors will notice a new menu item labeled “Add Student” in their account menu. Here’s a screenshot for reference: here.
With this feature activated, instructors will have a convenient tool at their disposal within their accounts to add students to their courses using their email addresses. You can view the interface for this process in the screenshot provided here.
However, it’s important to note that there isn’t currently an option to enable instructors to remove or edit student details.
If you wish to grant instructors the ability to monitor students’ progress from the front end, I recommend utilizing the Gradebook addon included in the PRO Plus plugin. Once enabled, instructors can access the Gradebook from their profile pages. By clicking on “Gradebook,” they’ll be directed to a page listing their courses and offering detailed statistics on student enrollment and progress. Here’s how it looks: here.
