Allow IPs to be whitelisted from spam

Hello,

We’re facing an issue with CF7 where certain IPs and submissions are being marked as spam by CF7 (shows the CF7 spam message) even though they are not spam. We need a way to be able to whitelist certain IPs or attributes to where these users will not be marked as spam. We do not wish to disable the spam filter as a whole, but just allow certain users to be able to bypass it.

How can we do this?
