Allow many languages

    Hi,
    Here are 2 suggestions to improve your great plugin.

    In the setting page, at the bottom of the Antispam filter column:

    1. Allow the selection of more than one language for the setting element
    “Allow comments only in certain language”.
    In my case I would like to select english, french and spanish, that is all.

    2. You should add a new filter named:
    “Allow customers only from country selected”
    I just want to make business with some specific country. The others are too far and make shipment a way too expensive.

    Do you think that we should expect the implementation of my suggestion soon?

    If you need more than one language you can already achieve that with a filter:

    2. You should add a new filter named:

    I think this is also already possible. You just whitelist those countries:

    I have to correct myself. You can change the languages in the dropdown, but you can just set one language.

    Point 1:
    – Where should I add the filter you are suggesting ?
    – Maybe my question was not clear. It would be better to have a list of languages that we could simply check the box to enable the language.

    Point 2:
    – Oh, I now see that it is possible to whitelist a country. Then the title of the feature is misleading.
    You should change it to: Block or ALLOW comments to specfic countries. This way we would not assume that we can only block countries.

    You can use a functionality plugin, put it in your functions.php of your (child) theme or in a code snippet (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/code-snippets/).

    It would be better to have a list of languages that we could simply check the box to enable the language.

    You can extend the list with the filter, but we cannot show every possible language, because the list would get too long (the google service behind this is supporting many languages …)

    Typically you only use one language per site, so it is not possible at the moment to use more than one language.

    In Antispam Bee 2.8.x you can now select more than one language.
