It appears the ‘Actions’ column is rendered in a non-standard fashion by your theme (I see the ‘eye’ icon but not the standard WooCommerce button text “View”, and the ‘Actions’ header is also missing). Could you temporarily switch to a standard WordPress theme (or Storefront if you have it installed) to see if you get the same issue?

    I am actually using storefront

That’s all the more strange, then there must be custom CSS at play – Storefront does add that ‘eye’ icon but also still shows the button text itself (“View” in case of the eye icon). It also shows the column header “Actions” but yours doesn’t. Here’s how the default storefront shows that link for me:

What should I look for to be able to help you find the problem?

Your best bet is reaching out to the person that customized the theme for you – they probably know what styles were applied here. If you have some web development experience you could also use the DevTools (right-click > inspect) on the eye icon to see if the elements are there and what styles have been applied to them.

Nobody customized the theme, I’m going to inspect the page and see what could cause this problem then and come back with screenshots if I find any strange things.

The page you are showing was definitely customized:

But it’s of course possible that this was done by a plugin. Or maybe this isn’t the official My Account environment at all?

The default My Account > Orders looks like this, quite different from yours:

    I can’t find anything strange..

I can provide you an admin access if needed so that you can get a look at it?

See my last post right before yours. Unfortunately we can’t investigate on your site – This is beyond the support we can provide for the free plugin and it seems the issue is that this is not the official My Account > Orders page.

Oh, I am actually using Ultimate Members extension to get that “My account” page. It’s not the default page made with WooCommerce. Could that cause the problem?

Yes, that makes total sense, our plugin only changes the actions for the official My Account page from WooCommerce.

Ok so I guess using only WooCommerce features to create account etc is the best. Ultimate members is causing too much problems.. Thanks for your answers! Have a great day!

Finally found out that this setting was missing :
