Allow non-admins to create meeting rooms

Hi,

I really miss the function for creating meetings by users without administrator privileges. I would like to see a form to insert on the page.

A similar problem was discussed earlier in the topic https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/allow-non-admins-to-create-meeting-rooms-and-manage-recordings/. But the application structure has already changed.

Can you help me with anything?
