Allow only logged in users to submit

Sorry to bother you guys, trying to figure out how to only allow for form submission for logged in users? I’ve been through several other threads here talking about conditional fields and even one to hide form except to logged in users (couldn’t get that to work…) but not just hiding/disabling the submit button.
We could add text that informs users of the condition but don’t know if it is an option? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
