Allow only one Field to be selected

Hello, I have 3 deluxe bowls and they have different addons.
1. Chicken deluxe bowl
2. Beef deluxe bowl
3. Seafood deluxe bowl
(These bowls can have One Main, one addon, and one Side).
if you select chicken to addon you will see its variations, vice versa for BEEF and SEAFood addon.
at current, you can add 3 addons by selecting different fields. I want to select only one Addon from these three options.
