Allow other users to manage order

    Hello,
    is it possibile to allow some user roles like editors to manage categories order?
    Now they can change order, but cannot change the option “Auto-Sort Queries of this Taxonomy”.

    Hi,
    The new update 3.3.0 should fix this. It needed quite some code changed.
    Can you give feedback if it works for you?
