Allow registration only from a specific domain

I’m using WP internally for our online magazine.

I want to open posts for discussion but want our users to only use their enterprise address, to limit anonymous registrations.

So basically when they register I want them to use their work email [email protected]

I want to make sure that “my.domain.edu” is the only accepted email domain in the registration form.

Is this possible?
