Allow remote stylesheets and images

Hi,

I have installed plugin and it’s working fine. but when pdf send as attachment in order email. logo is not display and only path is display.

There are following parameter is display in red mark in status tab

Allow remote stylesheets and images | true | allow_url_fopen disabled

I have try all possible way to set it true using php.ini and using .htaccess

but it’s not enable.

Plz get me some solution for these
