Allow role based access to plugin

So I have a multisite where users are able to log in and create blog posts on either of the channels. This is done with the Authors role. I also want to allow users to have access to select plugins. I use PMPro and was able to create a new role linked to a membership called Premium. I gave this role create posts, edit published posts, delete published posts, and publish posts. Is it possible to use this plugin to grant a particular role access to specific plugins?
