Allow shipping if Order is above certain price

    Hello,

    I want to restrict all shipping to specific postcodes if the order total is less than certain amount say $40. means i don’t want to allow shipping to specific places if order total is less than $40, is that possible in woocommerce ? please help me out with this. Are their any plugins which i can use to achieve this.
