Love Entry Wizard but is there a way to allow Editors to see user details in the spreadsheet when they download files and the .csv?
I’ve set permission for our editors to be able to “download from any web form” but when they do the Display Name and User Login fields are blank.
Admins who download get it all.
Don’t want too many Admins on the books so is there something I’m missing?
    Cheers,
    Eugene.

I did it that way to conform to WordPress’ security rules ( which were not set up with clubs in mind ). There is a “capability” called “list_users” that is required in order to see user names. By default in WordPress, that capability is restricted to admins, but that can be changed.

The easiest way around it is to install a plugin that gives you more control over roles and capabilities. You can create, say, a “Competitions Manager” role that has list_users capability but not the other capabilities an admin has. The you give that role to one or more of your members.

I’ll have a bit of a dig then.
Note to self…stick 5 stars where they belong ??
    Thanks again,
    Eugene
