Allow user to cancel after booking

    Hello,

    Is it possible to allow a user that has already booked to modify/cancel before or after confirmation ?

    Hello,

    Only the admin can cancel a reservation before/after booking. Also, the admin can only modify the contact details and not the reservation dates or price.

    Is there a technical limitation for this feature not to exist ?
    Or is it something about law and payment ?

    Another question :

    How can make a gap in hourly bookings ?
    For instance on wednesday 10:00-11:30 17:00-18:30

    What I did is to enable wednesday in the settings, back to the calendar, I select every days over e.g. the 3 next months then I enable the first slot overriding datas :
    10:00
    10:30
    11:00
    11:30
    This enables the 3 first half hour (10:00-11:30).

    Then I select the 3 next months and I disable 11:30-17:00 without overriding datas :
    11:30
    17:00

    Then I select the 3 next months and I enable 17:00-18:30 without overriding datas :
    17:00
    17:30
    18:00
    18:30

    This doesn’t seems to work.

    What is the good way to always set up disabled hours between enabled time slot ?
