Allow user to post content in specific category

  • Hello
    I want to restrict my user to post content in specific category only. I dont want them to post content in all categories. For examples

    User1 should only be able to post in CategoryA
    User2 should only be able to post in CategoryB
    User3 should only be able to post in CategoryC

    Is there any way, that i can do this using any plugin or code piece.
    Please suggest some options
