Allow user to remove uploaded image

Is it possible for the user completing the form to have the ability to remove a photo they have uploaded? For example, say a user has started completing a form, and mid-way through uploads a photo but accidentally uploads the wrong one, could they remove the photo so they can upload the correct one?
