Allow user to see all support requests

We have a customer who would like to assign one person to be able to view/review all the support tickets her company submits. Is this possible?
More explanation: We can view all the tickets via the administrative panel of our website, but we don’t want the customer in there. They have a supervisor who wants to see all the support ticket requests.
