Allow users (subscribers) to create and edit their own calendar?

    I’d like to use your plugin for my site users to be able to create their own calendar and manage it from their account. The account is simply a password-protected page using a WordPress membership plugin.

    Is it possible to set this up so that a user (with subscriber role) once logged-in can choose their availability and then this calendar will show on their profile page?

    So essentially there would be many individual calendars all being maintained by users themselves and published on each user’s profile.

    In the Premium version you can assign users to calendars. But editing is done via the admin panel…

    Thanks for the reply. I have purchased the premium version.

    I see I can manually assign users to calendars, but is there a way to allow users to edit their own calendars without me assigning each one manually?

    I too would like to know the answer here also, saves me wasting time emailing elsewhere to just find out its not what Im looking for.

    @jasonb4u2 I hired a developer to edit this plugin to achieve this in the end. But this plugin worked well as a basis.

    Whats the chances of getting a copy from ya to test on my site, the one you had edited ?

    Hi guys,

    In fact this is a feature of the Premium version. It might be cheaper and safer to buy the Premium version instead of modifying the core of the free version.

    So ADMIN, what yr now saying is that subscribers registered user on my site with username can create own booking calendar and do what they want with it ?

    I am building an accommodation site where owners can list their accomms and they need to be able to have the ability to use calendar for their listings.

    And also, where is the excellent Documentations & or videos for this ?

    Hi Jason,

    As an admin you can assign editors to your calendar. Users with the Editor role will only see and be able to edit the calendars where they are assigned to. As admin you always have access to all calendars.

    To assign a user with the Editor role:

    1. Open the calendar.
    2. Find the box ‘Assign users to this calendar’.
    3. Type the username in the box and select the user.
    4. Save the calendar.

    The user is now assigned to the calendar and will be able to see and edit the calendar.

    If you want to use a different user role than Editor for this, please contact us, it’s easy to modify.

    oooooooh this is no good to me if over 50 to 100 people are registering each day. There needs to be an auto assign to the registered user. Im not making 100 calendars per day
