Allow users to add their post only to one category not multiple…

  • Basicly I want to have 50 categories.
    Users can freely add all their articles only to one of the 50 categories, no matter wich one.
    They must not be restricted to such category but they just can post to anyone whenever they want, but it has always have to be one.

    I need this simply because I want to show on separate websites all the posts of a given category and I don’t want repeated content…

    Is this possible?
