• I am using this plugin in my woocommerce site. I works great. But there are no displayed options for unsubscribing to emails. I found this post:

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/understanding-email-users-options/

which says the the options should be under the profile page. In woocommerce there is an account settings. But they are not there. I don’t know if there are short-codes to add these somewhere, maybe?

really like the plugin, just dont want customers to get mad if they cannot unsubscribe.

There is a setting (Dashboard > Settings > Email Users) which controls whether or not users are allowed to control their own Email Users preferences. Do you have that setting enabled?

Yes, I have that setting enabled. But I cannot figure out where it shows up?

The checkboxes appear at the bottom of the user’s profile page.

If you do not see the checkboxes here, it is possible WooCommerce has a different user profile page or something else is conflicting with adding the user profile page.

Yes, that is the case. That’s why I was hoping there was a way I could use a shortcode to add it in or something similar.

WooCommerce has about a million hooks, it may be possible to add it to the WooCommerce user profile screen the same way it is added the standard user profile. I’ll try and look at it over the holiday weekend.
