    Hello everyone!

The issue it’s really simple and the title it’s pretty descriptive.

On the profile user page, I have the “posts” button and when entering the page it say “You have not created any posts.” But in any place I have the option to create posts.

There’s some way to create posts from the profile page, or I must allow the users access the backpanel admin?

Maybe this feature is only for the pro version or something like?

    Tnx a lot!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Oh ok, so it’s 100% necessary allow access to the wp-admin panel.

Checking the paid extensions I’ve se the “Profile tabs” and the “User notes”, and it’s seem to work in some way like posts, but this it can be created and edited from the front-end profile, right?

And if a user create some profile tabs and/or notes, this can be accessed trough the wp-admin by the administrator?

    Tnx a lot.-

Oh! ok, great. Sorry about that.

I’m gonna write in the Pre-purchase Questions form.

    Tnx again!

You can check out the free plugin WP User Frontend. This works very well with UM and allows your members to create posts without being in the back end or admin. You create a form, put it on a post or page, set all the settings, and you can link to the create post pages in the user dashboard.

I have an account dashboard where I have both the UM and WPUF account short codes, and I have a list of the different forms linked there and each form page uses UM’s restrictions, as does WPUF’s “edit” page. It’s all locked down.

I know there is a WPUF UM plugin that helps them play nice together but I’ve not used it so far. I did it manually so I can keep control over the pages.

If you decide to check out WPUF and have questions about how to work with them both, let me know and I will try to help.

Hello @virtualdelana ! Now I’m using the “Frontend Admin” plugin, than works in a similar way to wp user frontend.

I was able to make two separates forms for post creation and edition, and even for custom post types works fine.

The issue now is when I’ve try to list the users post in each profile, the system show all the posts, from every users, not only the creator ones.

I’m trying A LOT with several permission/roles plugins, even with the rol creator of UM, but this feature only work with the default “posts page” from wordpress and setting the posts in private mode. Didn’t work with the custom post list from elementor for example.
So i’m in a dead end.
I’m open to new ideas and rebuild the whole site hehehehe.
    Tnx a lot!
