I need to allow user access for a couple of team members to delete jobs posted by other users. Their access level on WordPress is Author and I’m not able to change this, so could you share the capabilities I need to add into their user meta data in phpMyAdmin?

    Hi Hannah,

    Thanks for writing to us.

You can change the access from “Users”. Edit the user and at bottom you fill find the role section update the user role from there.

Hi, it’s not their role access I need to change as they need to remain as ‘Author’ role level – I need to give them additional capability within this role to specifically be able to delete jobs posted by any/all users, which I can add in their user meta data in phpMyAdmin but I need to know the code to add here which will give them this specific capability.
